About Bryan Pudney

Coming from an extensive background in the fashion industry, Bryan has a keen eye for design and detail. Specializing in Operations, he also knows how to problem solve and get the job done. While climbing his way up the professional ladder, working for popular Vancouver brands like Herschel, tentree and Aritzia, he has also managed to build multiple businesses and brands of his own. This journey has taken him from being on the hit TV show Dragons Den for a clothing idea he had, to owning and operating one of Vancouver’s best food trucks, to even self-publishing a kids book. You can say there is no lack of drive and ambition here. But what is really exciting, is his passion for Real Estate. He hopes to combine his abilities in business and design, to perfectly compliment the buying and selling process of your next home.

Bryan has his own unique approach to Real Estate
Having been interested in Real Estate from a young age watching his parents retire early due to smart investments in property, he fully understands the balance between finding a home and an investment for your future. Every decision has an emotional and business component. The trick is to find that balance, and have fun with it. Bryan understands that purchasing a home is usually the most expensive, and sometimes, the most stressful purchase you will make to date. And as stressful as this may be, you also need to remember to enjoy the process and have fun. Having purchased property in Squamish, and hopefully soon in Tofino, he knows what the process should feel like. Having an amazing mentor in Jesse Cook, he has the ability to pair some of the top Real Estate professional skills with his laid-back approach. It is this balance that will stand out right away when you meet him. Bryan is an un-licensed assistant at the moment working on getting his professional license very soon and will make sure to tailor the buying and selling experience to the individuals, so you can always trust you’re in the right hands.

When He Isn't Working
When Bryan isn’t working you can find him walking his Mexican rescue dog Churro. He and Churro go everywhere together. If you’re lucky you might meet him as he tags along for a showing. Bryan usually spends his time off in Whistler, which he quickly refers to as his backyard. Being lucky enough to have a family condo there, he’s been on Skis and Snowboards since he could walk. If you ever need any Whistler vacation tips, he’s your guy. These days he spends most of his time in the backcountry touring the amazing terrain that the area has to offer. You’ll be hard pressed to see him use a chairlift anymore. If he isn’t adventuring in the backcountry, there is no doubt you’ll bump into him floating in the ocean waiting for waves in Tofino. Easily one of his favorite places in the world. Being born and raised in Vancouver, Bryan still has a little “city” boy in him, and likes to find local challenges like Ironmans, and Gran Fondo bike races to keep him busy training when the snow and waves are no good. Bryan has a true passion and understanding of the neighbourhoods and the different offerings. He loves this city and all the amazing adventures that we have at our fingertips and is incredibly proud to call it home.
